1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NectarTech's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

NectarTech provides lead generation and social advertising services designed to identify, qualify, and deliver potential customers to businesses. Our services include:

• Lead discovery and qualification
• Multi-channel social media advertising
• Social network integration and amplification
• Performance analytics and reporting
• AI-powered campaign optimization

3. Qualification Process

NectarTech reserves the right to review and approve all client applications. Not all businesses may qualify for our services. We evaluate applications based on:

• Business legitimacy and compliance
• Industry compatibility
• Budget and volume requirements
• Target audience alignment

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Network Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. No refunds are provided for delivered qualified leads that meet our qualification standards.

5. Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as an individual who:

• Has expressed genuine interest in your product or service
• Has provided accurate contact information
• Has confirmed their intent to learn more
• Meets your specified target criteria
• Has been verified through our qualification process

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Clearly define target audience criteria
• Respond to leads in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use leads for illegal or unethical purposes

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. Lead information is provided exclusively to the client and is not shared with third parties. Clients must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and methodologies used by NectarTech remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary systems or processes.

9. Limitation of Liability

NectarTech's liability is limited to the cost of the specific leads in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. NectarTech reserves the right to immediately terminate services for breach of these terms or illegal activity.

11. Compliance

Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act
• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
• Industry-specific regulations

12. Modifications

NectarTech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ector County, Texas.
